When I look back at the different chapters of my life, my career and the experiences that have shaped me, one common thread always stands out: the extra mile I’ve always been willing to go.
Extra Miles takes its name from the American expression “Go the Extra Mile.” During the fifteen years I lived and worked in the United States, those words became much more than an expression. Over time, they evolved into both a professional philosophy and a personal way of life.
To me, going the extra mile means looking beyond what’s expected.
Professionally, it means treating every project and every company I work with as if it were my own. It means doing whatever it takes to achieve the best possible outcome, bringing expertise, care, responsibility and genuine attention to everything we build together.
It means creating authentic, long-lasting relationships, building partnerships where everyone succeeds, and giving every project a soul, allowing it to grow while staying true to what makes it unique.
Personally, Extra Miles represents the courage to embrace change and the opportunities that come with it.
The miles that took me from Italy to the United States, and eventually back home. The miles between who we are and who we have the potential to become.
And, more recently, the nautical miles inspired by my passion for sailing, reminding me every day that ambition and patience, direction and the ability to let go, are not opposites—they are part of the same journey.
Extra Miles
For many years, I believed success was measured by speed. Living in the world of Ferrari, international motorsport and the American market taught me the value of ambition and flawless execution.
Returning to Italy taught me something equally important: the value of listening, relationships and time.
Today, these two worlds naturally come together in the way I work: helping entrepreneurs and organizations turn ambitious visions into tangible results while preserving what makes them unique.
From that balance comes my approach to leadership: ambitious in the results it pursues, thoughtful in the way those results are achieved. An approach grounded in listening, responsibility, respect and trust.
Extra Miles is where everything I’ve learned over the past twenty years comes together:
between Italy and the United States,
between creativity and pragmatism,
between ambition and well-being,
between leadership and service
Because success is measured not only by what we achieve, but also by the way we choose to achieve it.
