Versatile by nature. Three chapters lived (so far). Two complementary sides: creativity and entrepreneurial pragmatism. Throughout it all, courage has been the driving force behind my own Extra Miles journey.
I was born and raised just outside Bergamo, in Northern Italy, a region known for its strong work ethic, discipline and entrepreneurial spirit.
From my parents I inherited the importance of staying grounded, while they have always encouraged my curiosity and desire to explore what lay beyond the familiar.
Looking back, Theodore Roosevelt’s words now probably describe me better than anything else:
“Keep your eyes on the stars, and your feet on the ground.”
After graduating in Milan, I decided to pursue the international experience I had always dreamed of, moving to Los Angeles in 2005 to complete a marketing specialization at UCLA.
It was a decision that would shape not only the next twenty years of my career, but also the person I would become.
2006
My professional journey began at Ferrari Beverly Hills before expanding into a broader leadership role within what would become the largest Ferrari retail group in the United States.
Over the years, I contributed to the organization’s growth across marketing, operations and customer experience, working alongside some of the most respected professionals and entrepreneurs in the luxury automotive world.
2012
In 2012, I became part of the team that helped build Scuderia Corsa into Ferrari’s leading GT racing team in North America, operating at the highest levels of international motorsport.

2014
In 2014, I was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Mattioli Automotive Group. From day one, I helped support the group’s strategic growth across five Ferrari dealerships between Los Angeles and Silicon Valley, a professional racing team based in Las Vegas and, later, the acquisition of one of Italy’s most respected classic Ferrari restoration companies.
2015
In 2015, I became a U.S. citizen.
More than a passport, it represented the formal recognition of something I already felt: belonging to two cultures that continue to shape both who I am and the way I work.
2019
In 2019, I chose to return to Italy to become Managing Director of Bacchelli & Villa, a historic company specializing in the restoration of Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati automobiles.
Over the following four years, I led a comprehensive business turnaround, helping transform a family-owned company into a stronger managerial organization while preserving the craftsmanship, heritage and identity that made it exceptional.
At the same time, we strengthened its international positioning, restored profitability and reinforced its reputation as one of the world’s leading restoration specialists.
2024 - Present

Extra Miles was born from the meeting of fifteen years of experience in the United States, the excellence of Made in Italy, and a passion for connecting people, ideas and opportunities.
Today, I help entrepreneurs and organizations turn ambitious ideas into tangible results by building bridges between American pragmatism and Italian creativity.
I bring together more than twenty years of experience across luxury, motorsport, customer experience, leadership and business development.
I’m every bit as ambitious today as I was twenty years ago.
What has changed is the way I define success.
I believe in outstanding results, but also in the relationships that make those results possible.
I believe in leadership that is ambitious in its goals and thoughtful in the way those goals are achieved, an approach built on listening, responsibility, respect and trust.
I also believe that time, the freedom to choose how we spend it, and the opportunity to share what we’ve learned along the way are among life’s greatest forms of success.
